In July, my Wife and I wanted to have our old, dilapidated deck redone. We contacted William Penn about doing the job. Mark came out and immediately had a vision for the project and was very excited about it. You could tell that he really cared about his product and really cared about making the customer ecstatic about the finished product. He and his crew came in and excavated, footed and strengthened the foundation of the deck and assembled a product that well surpassed our expectations. It’s absolutely perfect from a construction standpoint and blends extremely well with the architecture of our house.

When I got a quote from Mark, it became real apparent William Penn was going to be the best fit. I had kicked around trying to build the deck myself (our budget was tight). But, he was able to get Timbertech boards at half the cost of Home Depot. He did complimentary engineered drawings that made it obvious that he really knew what he was doing (and I did not). When the project day came, I was floored to find a deck frame done in one day. His huge crew was especially friendly and accommodating.  And, watching them work, it was obvious they knew decks in and out. We now have a huge deck that will last for years to come…
